How to Order
Ordering is a very simple and a straightforward process. This guide will help you out with any questions you might have in placing an order with us. You may want to print it out so you have it near by when you are creating your order.
What
is a Shopping Cart?
A Shopping Cart on the Internet is simply a way to display what items
you have ordered. As you browse the Benefits For Schools, Inc. Web site
you can add items to this Shopping Cart and remove them as you desire.
When you are finished selecting items you can “check
out” which will complete the order.
When you check out you will enter information such as where it is going to get shipped to and how you want to pay for the order.
Selecting
What You Want
The first step in the process of ordering an item is to browse to the
“Products” section of the
page, via the button the left. You will then be presented with a list
of our different categories of items. Choose the category you wish to
browse, and then click on the link. You will then see a list of products
for that category. when you see something you want, enter the quantity
into the box below the price, and then select the “Click
to Order” button.
Taking
an Item Off The Shopping Cart
To remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the
“View your Shopping Cart”
button that is present below every product in the Web site. Then, in the
list now visible in the window, check the box next to any of the items
you wish to remove. Once that is done, select the “Remove
items” button.
Checking
Out
When you have all of the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart,
click the “Complete your order”
button (from the products page) or the “Check
out” button (from the Shopping Cart view). Then follow
the instructions presented on the screen, filling out all the needed fields.

Policy
With the exception of defective items all sales are final.
In order to process an exchange for a defective item, please Email us at dollarsforkids@aol.com regarding the item and its defect within 15 days of the time you recieve the product. Benefits For Schools, Inc. will reply to you with information as to how and where to send the item and arrange to have another one sent to you.
